- Lead integrated PR and communications strategies, developing and executing comprehensive campaigns across multiple channels.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
- Drive brand awareness through strategic PR initiatives and coordinate internal and external communication activities.
- Support event production from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Oversee internal approval processes and administrative workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
- Measure and report on PR and communication performance metrics.
- Plan and execute brand events and product launches.
- Coordinate press presentations, special projects, and showroom activities.
- Manage VIP and celebrity relations.
- Collaborate with agencies and partners to optimize communication efforts.
- Oversee daily press office operations.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within the luxury or jewelry sector.
- Proven track record in PR and communications.
- Demonstrated experience in managing social media programs with measurable results.
- Experience in event management and production.
- Strong verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, positive, and open-minded working attitude.
- Creative thinker with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Adobe, PowerPoint, Excel, and other visual presentation software.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.
