1. Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury customer service environment.
2. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

5. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service-focused role.
