1. Oversee and manage physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, and anti-intrusion systems, ensuring maintenance and addressing anomalies.
2. Collect and analyze security data from both national and international locations, preparing comprehensive reports.
3. Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance with security guidelines across all regions.
4. Conduct vulnerability assessments and propose risk mitigation measures for physical security at various sites.
5. Supervise contractors during all phases of security system projects, from design to implementation and testing.
6. Develop and implement security procedures for offices and stores globally.
7. Perform audits to assess the effectiveness of security procedures.
8. Update and enforce standard operating procedures for external security personnel.
9. Regularly test access control, video surveillance, and anti-intrusion systems to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
10. Report potential risks to company assets and personnel safety promptly.
11. Conduct preliminary investigations into theft or shortages of company goods.
12. Serve as a liaison with law enforcement and security counterparts nationally and internationally.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the security sector.
2. Proficiency in managing security systems such as access control, CCTV, and alarms.
3. Ability to draft security operating procedures for employees and suppliers.
4. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous.
5. Possession or eligibility for a GpG license to carry weapons.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Competence in using standard IT tools.
3. Experience in designing and installing security systems is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in the security sector with relevant system management experience.

Bachelor's degree in security-related subjects is preferred.
