- Contribute to implementing the global assortment strategy in accordance with sales channel/markets specificities and brand strategy.
- Engage in daily activities with Supply Chain and WHS/FHS Operation departments to forecast new collections and align on OTB target and replenishment process.
- Collaborate with Product Merchandising and Brand departments to balance collection brief with merchandising objectives and product positioning.
- Identify business growth opportunities through constant orders and deliveries monitoring and merchandise allocation.
- Support collaboration with WHS and Retail Managers to align sales teams on assortment strategy and objectives through producing/managing specific tools, data analysis, presentations, and reports.
- Research, monitor, and review competitors and industry trends to anticipate demand and changes in buying patterns.
- 3-5 years of relevant buying or merchandising experience in fashion, watches, and jewelry luxury industry
- Ability to balance mid- and long-term views to build best approaches for the business.
- Strong in handling and analyzing numerical data to share insights.
- Team player, able to work effectively cross-functionally.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
3-5 years of relevant buying or merchandising experience in the fashion, watches, and jewelry luxury industry.
