Pomellato Sales Merchandising Specialist

- Contribute to the implementation of the global assortment strategy in alignment with sales channels, market specificities, and brand strategy, under the guidance of the Global Sales Merchandising Manager.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and WHS/FHS Operations to forecast new collections and align on OTB targets and replenishment processes.
- Work with Product Merchandising and Brand departments to balance collection briefs with merchandising objectives and product positioning.
- Identify business growth opportunities through constant monitoring of orders, deliveries, and merchandise allocation.
- Support collaboration with WHS and Retail Managers to align sales teams on assortment strategy and objectives, utilizing specific tools, data analysis, presentations, and reports.
- Research and monitor competitors and industry trends to anticipate demand and changes in buying patterns.
- 3-5 years of relevant buying or merchandising experience in the luxury fashion, watches, or jewelry industry.
- Ability to balance mid- and long-term business strategies.
- Proficiency in handling and analyzing numerical data to provide insights for decision-making.
- Strong cross-functional teamwork capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.
3-5 years of relevant experience in buying or merchandising within the luxury fashion, watches, or jewelry industry.
