Pomellato Sales Executive

- Drive retail sales by effectively selling merchandise at the store level.
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals as set by management.
- Provide exemplary customer service, including greeting and acknowledging every customer.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and merchandise awareness.
- Efficiently complete sales transactions and manage cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling.
- Assist in merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
- Coordinate merchandise repairs with the Corporate office.
- Process and replenish merchandise, and participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and semi-annual inventories.
- Report any theft or suspected theft to the appropriate parties immediately.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Proven history of exceeding individual and store sales targets.
- Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Self-sufficiency and proactive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to customer and business needs.
- Computer literacy.
Prior experience in luxury retail is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
