1. Support the development of the Digital Library of training materials, acting as the primary reference for content creation and organization.
2. Enhance the existing library to ensure all training content remains current, relevant, and easily accessible for the Training Team.
3. Assist in crafting project presentations for the Sales Training team, including toolkits for new training modules and engaging quizzes.
4. Coordinate the Training Calendar for local trainers across regions, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination.
5. Oversee the end-to-end E-Learning Translation process, liaising with translation agencies.
6. Prepare dashboards to track key training metrics and performance indicators.

1. Degree in Economics or Business.

1. Proficiency in PowerPoint.
2. Strong project management skills.
3. Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines.
5. Fluency in English and Italian.
6. Curiosity and proactivity.

No prior experience required, suitable for recent graduates or current students.
