1. Support the development and organization of the Digital Library of training materials.
2. Enhance and update the existing training content to ensure relevance and accessibility.
3. Assist in creating project presentations, toolkits, and quizzes for the Sales Training team.
4. Coordinate the Training Calendar for local trainers across various regions.
5. Oversee the E-Learning Translation process, liaising with translation agencies.
6. Prepare dashboards to track training metrics and performance indicators.

1. Degree in Economics or Business.

1. Proficiency in PowerPoint.
2. Strong project management skills.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
5. Fluency in English and Italian.
6. Curiosity and proactivity.
