- Support regional teams in commercial budgeting through data analysis and collaboration with General Managers.
- Implement reporting systems to establish relevant KPIs and performance metrics by channel.
- Lead the development and updates of BI tools, dashboards, and reports in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Gather and disseminate regional business insights to teams, including Finance and Marketing.
- Promote a data-driven mindset by defining KPIs and dashboards across key functions such as Retail, Wholesale, and CRM.
- Translate business needs into data models that support global and regional decisions, considering market trends.
- Provide data and insights to support strategic projects and performance reviews.
- Recommend new tools and systems to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
- Develop, implement, and advise on international pricing strategies in collaboration with Finance and Product teams.
- Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles, preferably within retail or consumer goods.
- Ability to transform complex data into business-relevant insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Experience in data modeling and structuring analytical frameworks.
- Strategic thinking with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Proactive and self-driven with a focus on delivery and results.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles, preferably within retail or consumer goods.
