1. Support regional teams in commercial budgeting through data analysis and collaboration with General Managers.
2. Implement reporting systems to establish relevant KPIs and performance metrics by channel.
3. Lead the development and updates of BI tools, dashboards, and reports in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Gather and disseminate regional business insights to teams, including Finance and Marketing.
5. Promote a data-driven culture by defining KPIs and dashboards across key functions such as Retail, Wholesale, and CRM.
6. Translate business needs into data models that support global and regional decision-making, considering market trends.
7. Provide data and insights to support strategic projects and performance evaluations.
8. Recommend new tools and systems to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
9. Advise on international pricing strategies in collaboration with Finance and Product teams.

1. Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles, preferably within retail or consumer goods.

1. Ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
2. Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
3. Experience in data modeling and structuring analytical frameworks.
4. Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders, including senior leadership.
6. Proactive and self-driven with a focus on delivery and results.
7. Fluency in English (spoken and written).
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
