- Maximize sales performance and achieve assigned boutique team targets and KPIs.
- Deliver luxury customer service and foster customer relationships and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions for both customers and the company.
- Support boutique operations, maintaining top-quality standards in all aspects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, conduct regular stock checks, and assist in the annual stock take.
- Prior experience in luxury retail or premium jewelry brands is preferred.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic team player with a friendly personality and a can-do attitude.
