- Maximize sales performance and achieve assigned boutique team targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer service, fostering customer relationships and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolution for both customers and the company.
- Support boutique operations, maintaining top-quality standards.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with the annual stock take, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prior experience in luxury retail or with premium jewelry brands is preferred.
