Responsibilities
- Maximize sales performance and achieve assigned boutique team targets and KPIs.
- Deliver luxury and caring customer service, building customer relationships and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of customers and the company.
- Support boutique operations and ensure all aspects are of top quality.
- Follow company compliance, conduct regular stock checks, and assist with the annual stock take.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in luxury retail or premium jewelry brands is preferred.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
