1. Drive retail sales by selling merchandise at the store level.
2. Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals set by management.
3. Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting and acknowledging every customer.
4. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and awareness of merchandise.
5. Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
6. Build and establish strong relationships with clients through clienteling.
7. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
8. Coordinate incoming and outgoing merchandise repairs with the Corporate office.
9. Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise, participating in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
11. Unload deliveries, including lifting and carrying boxes and stocking in appropriate areas.
12. Communicate customer requests to management.
13. Participate in all cycle counts and/or semi-annual inventory management.
14. Report any theft or suspected theft by customers or employees immediately.
15. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

1. Proven history of exceeding both individual and store targets.
2. Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills.
5. Computer literacy.
6. Prior luxury retail experience preferred.
7. Foreign language skills are a plus.

Prior experience in luxury retail is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $25.00 USD to $30.00 USD per hour.
