- Drive retail sales by actively engaging with customers and selling merchandise.
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets set by management.
- Provide exemplary customer service, maintaining high standards and solid product knowledge.
- Efficiently manage sales transactions and maintain accurate cash and media accountabilities.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships through effective clienteling.
- Assist in merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
- Coordinate merchandise repairs with the Corporate office.
- Process and replenish merchandise, including receiving and monitoring floor stock.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and practices, including loss prevention.
- Participate in inventory management, including cycle counts and semi-annual inventories.
- Report any theft or suspected theft immediately to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Prior experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.

The base salary range is estimated between $25.00 USD to $35.00 USD per hour, depending on factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.
