- Manage client relations and identify customer needs to ensure exceptional service.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Pomellato's values and philosophy.
- Develop and recruit clients to maximize sales and brand reach.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a customer service-focused environment.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
