1. Drive retail sales at the store level by selling merchandise.
2. Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals established by management.
3. Provide a friendly environment with exceptional customer service.
4. Maintain awareness of product knowledge and merchandise.
5. Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain cash and media accountabilities.
6. Build and establish strong relationships with clients.
7. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
8. Coordinate incoming and outgoing merchandise repairs with the Corporate office.
9. Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
11. Unload deliveries and stock in appropriate areas.
12. Communicate customer requests to management.
13. Participate in inventory management through cycle counts and semi-annual counts.
14. Report any theft or suspected theft immediately.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

2. Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets.
3. Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Agility in adapting to customer and business needs.
5. Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
6. Strong oral and written communication skills.
7. Computer literacy.
8. Prior luxury retail experience preferred.
9. Foreign language skills are a plus.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $25.00 USD to $30.00 USD per hour.
