1. Previous experience in a customer service-focused environment with a passion for luxury.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Story-telling abilities.
3. Dexterity and creativity for excellent customer experience.
4. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and team orientation.
5. Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
6. Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Previous experience in a similar position within a customer service-focused environment.
