1. Support boutique operations, retail procedures, systems and IT, administration, logistics, and customer service.
2. Ensure boutiques maintain the highest level of appearance excellence.
3. Contribute to the implementation and follow-up of retail operations projects including openings, relocations, and closures.
4. Assist the corporate Retail team in monitoring boutique performance, KPIs, and reports.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Economics.

1. Positive energy and open-mindedness with a creative, strategic, and results-oriented mindset.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
3. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
4. Fluency in English and Italian.

Experience in retail operations or a related field is preferred.

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Economics.
