1. Assist the Retail Operations Manager with global projects impacting all stages of the Customer Journey.
2. Collaborate with Regional Retail Operations representatives to develop and update regional policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with brand vision and company guidelines.
3. Partner with corporate functions such as IT, Finance, Digital, CRM, Marketing, Production, and Security to enhance the omnichannel customer experience.
4. Collect feedback and data from various markets to support forward planning and strategic activities.
5. Review operational efficiencies, benchmark performance levels, and monitor KPIs to implement corrective actions when necessary.

1. Master’s Degree, preferably in Economics or Management Engineering.
2. Previous experience in project management is advantageous.

2. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent IT skills.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Positive and proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English and Italian.

No specific experience required, though previous project management experience is a plus.

Master’s Degree, preferably in Economics or Management Engineering.
