- Drive wholesale sales and cultivate strong relationships with clients in the Western US and Canada.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by Senior Management.
- Manage and develop wholesale accounts, ensuring optimal product and inventory management.
- Implement and analyze sales programs, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Train and mentor vendor and account representatives in product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Evaluate and recommend advertising and PR strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Conduct regular client visits and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and execute a regional business plan and sales strategy.
- Provide feedback to Senior Management on market trends and performance.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and sales meetings as required.
- Located in a travel hub on the West Coast of the United States.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in jewelry or luxury goods.
- Authorization to work in the US.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including international travel.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the jewelry or luxury goods sector is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary is $125,000 - $135,000 per year.
