- Oversee and manage operations within the South East Europe & CIS region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for market expansion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve performance objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Extensive knowledge of wholesale and franchising channels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and effective sales strategy execution.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 10 years in sales or business development, with a focus on wholesale and franchising channels.
