1. Develop and launch new product lines as part of the one-of-a-kind annual collection.
2. Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues.
3. Communicate product needs to designers and modelers.
4. Coordinate relations with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
5. Generate innovative collections and new improved solutions to create incremental gains in business results.
6. Ensure work is completed within specified time and quality execution.
7. Anticipate trends, sales, or changing market conditions to identify product opportunities.

1. Detailed knowledge and extensive experience within the high-end jewelry field.
2. Experience in managing relationships with external stakeholders.
