1. Design, develop, and test new materials, processes, or technologies.
2. Create and test prototypes using 3D software and other modeling tools.
3. Collaborate with creativity, engineering, and marketing departments to align R&D efforts with business objectives.
4. Document research findings, methodologies, and product specifications.
5. Present research outcomes and product proposals to stakeholders.
6. Ensure all R&D activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
7. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
8. Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, emerging technologies, new materials, and innovation opportunities.
9. Research new suppliers offering innovative and sustainable materials.
10. Engage with suppliers through visits and sampling of Pomellato shapes.
11. Conduct laboratory testing (physical, chemical, waterproofing, durability, resistance) supported by internal lab.
12. Archive all physical samples in dedicated storage and digitally manage related data, certificates, and test results through DAM platform.

1. Master’s degree in Materials Engineering or a related field.
2. At least two years of relevant work experience.

5. Proficiency in 3D design software and Office programs.

At least two years of relevant work experience in product development or materials engineering.

Master’s degree in Materials Engineering or a related field.
