Responsibilities
- Collaborate in managing press reviews by monitoring print and web magazines, preparing and sending weekly reviews, and archiving editorials by key themes and projects.
- Analyze data of editorial results.
- Support the organization of press presentations and events.
- Ensure distribution of press materials to media contacts.
- Assist in organizing the digital archive of press materials and projects.
- Work closely with press agencies for product requests.
- Support in creating project reports using Excel and PowerPoint and be responsible for monitoring.
- Assist in handling PR stock for local and international shootings.
- Manage press mailing lists.
Qualifications
- University Degree in PR/Communications.
Skills
- Excellent knowledge of English; additional foreign languages are appreciated.
- Spirit of initiative and curiosity for fashion trends.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, positive, and open-minded working attitude.
- Teamwork and good communication skills.
- Interest in social media and digital communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Photoshop and WordPress is a plus.
Experience Requirements
Previous experience in press office activity is a plus.
