1. Collaborate in managing press reviews by monitoring print and digital media, preparing weekly reviews, and archiving editorials by key themes and projects.
2. Analyze data related to editorial outcomes.
3. Assist in organizing press presentations and events.
4. Ensure distribution of press materials to media contacts.
5. Support the organization of the digital archive for press materials and projects.
6. Work closely with press agencies for product requests.
7. Assist in creating project reports using Excel and PowerPoint, and monitor their progress.
8. Support PR stock handling for local and international photo shoots.
9. Manage and maintain press mailing lists.

1. University degree in Public Relations or Communications.
2. Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
3. Previous experience in press office activities is beneficial.
4. Knowledge of Photoshop and WordPress is a plus.
