Pomellato PR Coordinator

- Support the execution of the annual PR calendar in alignment with brand strategy and global guidelines.
- Conduct daily press office activities, including product placements, press releases, and media requests.
- Assist in identifying local media opportunities and partnerships that align with the brand’s luxury positioning.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with editors, journalists, influencers, stylists, and tastemakers.
- Monitor and report media coverage to ensure proper brand visibility and alignment.
- Prepare and localize press releases and background materials.
- Manage press samples, product requests, inventory, and tracking.
- Coordinate logistics for editorial shoots and influencer placements.
- Support the execution of PR events, media previews, and brand activations.
- Assist with guest list management, RSVP tracking, and event logistics.
- Provide on-site coordination and follow-up with media and influencers during events.
- Compile regular PR clippings and reports, tracking KPIs related to PR and influencer activities.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in PR or communications, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or beauty industry.
- Fluent in Japanese with business-level proficiency in English.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese media and influencer landscape.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for luxury and fine jewelry, with sensitivity to high-end brand environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with PR reporting tools.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations or communications, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or beauty sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Fashion, or related field.
