1. Support management of brand ambassadors and friends of the brand.
2. Analyze and scout talents and celebrities.
3. Maintain relationships with influencers.
4. Assist in implementing local events in collaboration with local markets.
5. Prepare and follow up on post-event reports.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for coordinated brand output.
7. Manage stock and showroom operations.
8. Coordinate deliveries and track internal stock for shoots and talents.
9. Support social media projects.
10. Assist with divisional budget management.
11. Monitor daily media and report findings.
12. Conduct performance and ROI analysis.
13. Analyze competitors' projects.
14. Enhance the brand's online reputation and visibility.
15. Support event and press presentation organization and development.
16. Coordinate event logistics and materials.
17. Assist with guest management.
18. Support the Global Communication Manager in developing communication strategies.

1. Graduate level degree in PR, Communication, or related fields.
2. Professional experience in high-end jewelry or accessories brands, including internships.
3. Passion for jewelry and fashion.
4. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive, positive, and open-minded attitude.
6. Team player with excellent communication skills.
7. Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
2. Familiarity with Photoshop, WordPress, and monitoring tools.

Experience in PR or event roles within the luxury fashion or jewelry industry, including internships, is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in PR, Communication, or a related field.
