- Lead the development and implementation of integrated PR and communications plans across all channels.
- Manage and nurture relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Drive brand awareness and visibility through strategic PR initiatives.
- Coordinate internal and external communication activities.
- Support event production from concept to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and brand alignment.
- Handle internal approval processes and administrative workflows to ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Measure and report on PR and communication performance metrics.
- Plan and execute brand events and launches.
- Coordinate press presentations, special projects, and showroom activities.
- Oversee VIP and celebrity relations.
- Coordinate with agencies and partners.
- Manage daily press office operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proven track record in the luxury/jewelry sector.
- Strong background in PR and communications.
- Strong verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, positive, and open-minded working attitude.
- Experience in managing social media programs with measurable results.
- Creative thinker with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong computing skills with familiarity in Adobe, PowerPoint, Excel, and other visual presentation software.
- Experience in event management and production.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are appreciated.
A minimum of 5 years in PR and communications roles within the luxury or jewelry sector is required.
