1. Oversee inventory management for jewelry and packaging, including biannual inventory checks across all Pomellato Japan locations.
2. Collect, analyze, and report inventory data to the Operations Senior Manager and Finance department.
3. Manage logistics and repair coordination by liaising with outsourcing warehouses and repair vendors.
4. Coordinate international and domestic shipping, including customs clearance and furniture imports for store openings.
5. Supervise quality control processes and manage vendor contracts and related invoices.
6. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other relevant systems.
7. Act as a communication liaison for store staff regarding shipments, repairs, and operational issues.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain coordination, preferably in the retail industry.
2. Proficiency in business-level Japanese and English; Italian is a plus.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, or willingness to learn.

4. Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
