1. Oversee the inventory management of jewelry and packaging, including planning and executing biannual inventory checks across all Pomellato Japan locations.
2. Collect, analyze, and report inventory data to the Operations Senior Manager and Finance team.
3. Manage logistics and repair coordination by liaising with outsourcing warehouses and repair vendors to ensure seamless operations.
4. Coordinate international and domestic shipping, including preparing shipping documentation and assisting with customs clearance.
5. Supervise quality control processes and assist in managing vendor contracts and processing invoices.
6. Maintain and update data in Salesforce and other relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
7. Act as a point of contact for store staff regarding shipment status, repair updates, and operational issues.
8. Gather feedback and propose improvements to workflow and service quality.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain coordination, preferably in the retail industry.
2. Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English; Italian is a plus.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, or a willingness to learn.

4. Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
5. Results-oriented with a willingness to grow into a managerial role.
