1. Manage and execute weekly global store allocation and replenishment, assessing central inventory coverage and applying sales priorities.
2. Assist in generating reports on merchandise planning KPIs.
3. Monitor central warehouse and retail inventory coverage to ensure optimal inventory levels.
4. Liaise with brand stakeholders, including sales merchandising, product marketing, and retail operations, to gather quantitative and qualitative input influencing demand behavior.
5. Track and prioritize production planned deliveries to minimize out-of-stock situations.
6. Support merchandise planning and forecasting activities.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain processes.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or Supply Chain-related fields.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
3. Positive and proactive attitude.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
5. Fluency in English and Italian.

No prior experience required, but a strong analytical and problem-solving skill set is essential.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or Supply Chain-related subjects.
