- Manage and execute weekly global store allocation and replenishment, assessing central inventory coverage and applying sales priorities.
- Assist in generating reports on merchandise planning KPIs.
- Monitor central warehouse and retail inventory coverage to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Liaise with brand stakeholders, including sales merchandising, product marketing, and retail operations, to gather quantitative and qualitative input influencing demand behavior.
- Track and prioritize production planned deliveries to minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Support merchandise planning and forecasting activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or Supply Chain-related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
No prior experience required, but a strong analytical and problem-solving skill set is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or Supply Chain-related subjects.
