- Develop and implement a comprehensive media strategy across digital, print, and out-of-home channels, aligned with executive vision and guidelines.
- Oversee budget management and ensure effective campaign execution in collaboration with partner agencies and media partners, from initial briefing to final reporting.
- Lead and execute digital performance marketing campaigns.
- Enhance digital presence through a strategic Search Engine Advertising (SEA) approach.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement, alongside regular reporting.
- Manage and optimize social media post boosting on platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
- Analyze website traffic across all channels to gain insights into consumer purchase journeys, informing ongoing planning and optimization.
- Evaluate social media performance and offer strategic recommendations.
- Diligently manage media budget, from consolidation to service provider payments, coordinating with the Finance and Accounting department.
- Ensure brand image consistency across all channels, including copy, creative assets, and strategic deployment.
- Coordinate the delivery of creative assets for performance and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales marketing department on cooperative advertising initiatives.
- Support the sales marketing team with advertising activity reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning with a focus on digital and performance marketing.
- Proven track record in managing performance-based acquisition campaigns and a comprehensive understanding of various acquisition channels, preferably from agency experience.
- Agility and autonomy in problem-solving.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with a strong focus on Return on Investment (ROI).
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks within tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience with Google Analytics and familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Business.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Looker Studio, Big Query, SA360, and GA 4 is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of SEO tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Passion for fashion and luxury industries.
- Fluency in English and Italian; proficiency in French is highly desirable.
A minimum of 5 years in media planning with a strong emphasis on digital and performance marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or Marketing.
