- Develop and implement a comprehensive media strategy across digital, print, and out-of-home channels in alignment with top management's vision.
- Manage campaign budgets and oversee activation with partner agencies and media partners, from initial briefing to final reporting.
- Execute digital performance campaigns to enhance brand presence and drive website performance.
- Optimize website digital presence through an effective Search Engine Advertising (SEA) strategy.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights for improvement.
- Manage social media post boosting on platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
- Analyze website traffic across all channels to understand purchase discovery journeys and inform planning and optimization processes.
- Evaluate social media performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Maintain strict oversight of media budgets, including budget consolidation and coordination with Finance and Accounting for service provider payments.
- Ensure brand image consistency across all channels in copy, creative, and strategy deployment.
- Coordinate artwork deliveries and creative asset requirements for performance and social campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales marketing department on cooperative advertising initiatives.
- Support the sales marketing team with advertising activity reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or Marketing.
- 5 years of experience in media planning with a strong emphasis on digital and performance marketing.
- Proven experience in managing performance-based acquisition campaigns and a comprehensive understanding of various acquisition channels, ideally gained in a specialized agency.
- Agility and autonomy in problem-solving.
- Data-driven and analytical approach with a focus on ROI.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks within deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Business.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Looker Studio, Big Query, SA360, and GA 4 is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SEO tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Passion for fashion and luxury.
- Proficiency in English and Italian; French is a plus.
5 years of experience in media planning with a focus on digital and performance marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or Marketing.
