1. Assist in the creation and updating of training materials, modules, and presentations.
2. Collaborate with the team to organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
3. Support in conducting needs assessments and evaluations to identify learning gaps and areas for improvement.
4. Support initiatives and events related to engagement projects, including onboarding.
5. Coordinate logistics for learning and engagement events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications.
6. Assist in feedback analysis and ensure training materials align with company objectives.
7. Provide administrative support in maintaining training records and documentation.

1. Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

1. Organizational and project management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Passion for learning, development, and engagement activities within the luxury goods industry.
6. Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms.

No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in the luxury goods industry and learning and development is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
