1. Design and implement projects aimed at reducing lead time and enhancing production KPIs.
2. Drive and support continuous improvement processes within the area.
3. Conduct analysis of times and methods.
4. Analyze and optimize existing technical processes.
5. Implement process automation projects.
6. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all organizational levels.

1. 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role within structured companies.
2. Master’s degree in a technical field, preferably in Engineering.
3. Fluent in Italian and English.

1. Knowledge of Lean methodology in manufacturing environments.
2. Positive and proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Teamwork and effective communication skills.
4. Training and coaching abilities.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and business management systems.
6. Lean certification is advantageous.

2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role within structured companies.

Master’s degree in a technical field, preferably in Engineering.
