- Support the implementation of Lean Methodologies and Continuous Improvement programs in both internal and external production units.
- Analyze and enhance current production processes to optimize key performance indicators in quality, efficiency, and service level.
- Balance production lines to ensure appropriate capacity based on internal volumes.
- Manage time and method activities effectively.
- Conduct process mapping activities.
- Optimize the flow of information and materials among departments.
- Contribute to the continuous development and standardization of procedures.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
- Positive and proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical skills paired with effective negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in teamwork and goal orientation.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
No prior experience required, but a strong foundation in engineering principles and manufacturing processes is preferred.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
