1. Support the implementation of Lean Methodologies and Continuous Improvement programs in both internal and external production units.
2. Analyze and enhance current production processes to optimize key performance indicators in quality, efficiency, and service level.
3. Balance production lines to ensure appropriate capacity based on internal volumes.
4. Manage time and method activities effectively.
5. Conduct process mapping activities.
6. Optimize the flow of information and materials among departments.
7. Contribute to the continuous development and standardization of procedures.

1. Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.

1. Positive and proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills.
2. Analytical skills paired with effective negotiation abilities.
3. Proficiency in teamwork and goal orientation.
4. Advanced knowledge of Excel.
5. Fluency in Italian and English.

No prior experience required, but a strong foundation in engineering principles and manufacturing processes is preferred.
