- Implement and drive Lean Methodologies and Continuous Improvement programs within the Industrial Operations division.
- Manage the Lean team to ensure full implementation of methods across internal and external production units.
- Analyze and optimize current production processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and service levels.
- Evaluate production line efficiency and throughput, defining cycles and work step timings.
- Optimize workflow and cell design for improved productivity.
- Oversee time and motion activities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Standardize procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Enhance information and material flow among departments.
- Support continuous development initiatives within the area.
- Train employees on Continuous Improvement principles.
- Proven experience in a similar role within international companies.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
- Expertise in Lean and Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in negotiation and conflict management.
- Teamwork and leadership abilities.
- Capability to coach and influence others.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
Proven experience in a similar role within international companies is required.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
