1. Implement and drive Lean Methodologies and Continuous Improvement programs within the Industrial Operations division.
2. Manage the Lean team to ensure full implementation of methods across internal and external production units.
3. Analyze and optimize current production processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and service levels.
4. Evaluate production line efficiency and throughput, defining cycles and work step timings.
5. Optimize workflow and cell design for improved productivity.
6. Oversee time and motion activities to enhance operational efficiency.
7. Standardize procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
8. Enhance information and material flow among departments.
9. Support continuous development initiatives within the area.
10. Train employees on Continuous Improvement principles.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within international companies.
2. Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.

1. Expertise in Lean and Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Analytical skills with proficiency in negotiation and conflict management.
4. Teamwork and leadership abilities.
5. Capability to coach and influence others.
6. Fluency in Italian and English.

Proven experience in a similar role within international companies is required.

Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
