Pomellato Jewellery Sales Associate

- Deliver personalised, consultative sales and product advice on coloured gemstones and fine jewellery to discerning clients, matching selections to client needs and style.
- Manage day-to-day boutique and department-store operations including opening/closing procedures, POS transactions, ordering and receiving merchandise and supplies, stock control and periodic inventory counts.
- Maintain and update client records; prepare and dispatch invitations and communications for new product launches and in-store events.
- Execute seasonal and product-led visual merchandising and display changes to highlight collections and stimulate sales.
- Perform related administrative and operational tasks to support store performance and team objectives.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in one-to-one sales to private clients within luxury retail, cosmetics, premium automotive or real-estate sectors; department-store external (concierge/bonuses/exclusive client) sales experience highly desirable.
- Proven track record of identifying clients’ latent needs, converting opportunities into sales and contributing to store revenue/targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stable client relationships and to work collaboratively within a retail team to deliver personal and store goals.
- Jewellery industry sales experience or demonstrable product knowledge of gemstones and fine jewellery is strongly preferred.

At least 3 years’ direct, face-to-face sales experience with individual/private clients in luxury goods, cosmetics, premium automotive or real-estate; prior experience in department-store external sales and/or jewellery retail is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certified courses in retail, sales or luxury-brand service preferred.
