1. Engage in daily activities involving consultations with Employee Representatives at both corporate and retail levels, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
2. Assist in the development and updating of global and local policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to labor legislation.
3. Gather data for audits and prepare ad-hoc reports.
4. Manage employee requests on the internal welfare platform, including access and navigation support.
5. Conduct research on labor market trends and best practices in industrial relations to support policy development.

1. Bachelor's degree in Law with a focus on Labor Law, either completed or in progress.

1. Familiarity with collective bargaining, employee rights, and human resources management.
2. Strong research skills with attention to detail in legal documents, case law, and industrial relations literature.
3. Proficient communication skills in both Italian and English.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with labor law concepts is essential.
