1. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes with a focus on efficiency, candidate experience, and compliance.
2. Collaborate with department managers to identify organizational needs and design workforce strategies.
3. Work with Group HR teams to execute key HR cycles, including performance reviews and salary planning.
4. Support and coach managers in leadership development and team building.
5. Lead internal communication efforts to enhance employee experience and strengthen the employer brand.
6. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with a focus on Italian labor law.
7. Design and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

1. 5–7 years of experience in corporate and retail HR environments, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
2. Knowledge of Italian labor law and HR best practices.

5–7 years of experience in both corporate and retail HR environments, including at least 3 years in a managerial or HR Business Partner role.
