- Assist in the creation and updating of training materials, modules, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the team to organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Support in conducting needs assessments and evaluations to identify learning gaps and areas for improvement.
- Support initiatives and events related to engagement projects, including onboarding.
- Coordinate logistics for learning and engagement events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications.
- Assist in the feedback analysis and ensure training materials are aligned with company objectives.
- Provide administrative support in maintaining training records and documentation.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for learning, development, and engagement activities within the luxury goods industry
- Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms
No prior experience required, but a passion for the luxury goods industry and learning initiatives is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
