1. Engage in recruitment activities, including posting job openings and assisting in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and aid in the development of job descriptions.
3. Participate in university career days and events to promote the brand and attract talent.
4. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the company culture.
5. Manage administrative tasks related to HR processes.

1. Enrollment in a relevant degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

1. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French or German is advantageous.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications.

No prior experience required, though exposure to HR functions is beneficial.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
