1. Involve in all recruiting activities, from posting job openings to supporting the team in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in developing job descriptions.
3. Participate in university career days and events.
4. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture.
5. Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

1. Fluent in Italian and English; French or German is a plus.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
5. Proficient in MS Office applications.
