Pomellato High Jewelry & Heritage Manager

- Define and implement the product strategy for High Jewelry, aligning with the brand’s image and business objectives.
- Develop new collections in collaboration with Creativity, Stones, Product Development, and Production teams, ensuring quality, cost, and deadline adherence.
- Coordinate the development of comprehensive tools with brand and sales teams to ensure successful launches and enhance visibility and desirability.
- Monitor the product portfolio, manage product lifecycle, and oversee inventory.
- Lead the pricing strategy, ensuring consistency across the product range.
- Analyze product performance and competition, identifying growth opportunities and market trends.
- Create training tools for new collections for the sales team.
- Support brand and regional events by ensuring proper product selection and presentation, and assist with collection presentation and product handling.
- Manage and curate the Heritage collections, including acquiring significant historical pieces.
- Support brand initiatives such as exhibitions and special projects by providing expertise and access to the Heritage collections.
- Manage a team of three direct reports.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, primarily in the High Jewelry industry.
- Previous experience in people management.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of the luxury market and strong product sensibility.
- Rigor, autonomy, proactivity, and creativity with a business-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
4-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, primarily in the High Jewelry industry, with previous experience in people management.
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
