- Lead and execute the wholesale and franchising strategy across North & Central Europe, ensuring alignment with Pomellato’s global objectives.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Area Managers across key European regions, fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Drive sustainable sales growth through effective distribution and franchise management, maximizing partners' sell-out and maintaining ideal stock assortments.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships in target markets, optimizing distribution network efficiency and brand presence.
- Monitor and guide franchise operations, ensuring compliance with Pomellato’s brand standards, visual merchandising, and client experience.
- Lead market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and territory mapping to identify opportunities for network evolution and elevation.
- Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Merchandising, and Retail to deploy consistent brand strategies across all wholesale and franchise channels.
- Lead the opening of new franchise boutiques, from negotiation to launch, in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
- Act as the key liaison between headquarters and local partners, ensuring clear communication, performance tracking, and long-term business planning.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in a senior wholesale or franchising role within the luxury industry, with international scope.
- Agile, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proven experience managing multi-country teams and delivering commercial growth.
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of European retail markets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in German or French is a strong plus.
8–10 years in a senior wholesale or franchising role within the luxury industry, with international scope.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
