- Develop and implement comprehensive 360° marketing plans for Directly Operated Stores, Franchising, and Wholesale channels in Italy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Design and execute channel-specific marketing activations, focusing on retail and strategic support for wholesale partners.
- Brief, develop, and implement events across all channels, creating modular formats tailored to each distribution type.
- Manage direct relationships with wholesale clients, negotiating and implementing customized marketing initiatives to maximize partner engagement and ROI.
- Allocate and monitor marketing budgets across channels, ensuring optimal resource distribution and performance tracking.
- Create PowerPoint presentations to support strategic projects, campaign proposals, and results analysis for internal stakeholders.
- Execute operational tasks including creation of Purchase Requisitions, supplier registration, and coordination of shipments.
- Monitor, analyze, and present campaign results using advanced Excel skills to track KPIs and inform data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate in-store and partner events, collaborating with external agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support Area Managers with new store openings, project presentations, and local marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Image, Digital and Media, Commercial, Procurement, and Administration teams.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while adapting messaging to channel-specific requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or channel marketing within the luxury, fashion, or jewelry sectors.
- Proven experience managing marketing activities across multiple distribution channels (Retail DOS, Franchising, Wholesale).
- Ability to develop comprehensive 360° marketing plans integrating events, CRM, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Advanced Excel proficiency for budget management, performance tracking, and data analysis.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for creating compelling presentations.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills for partner management.
- Hands-on execution mindset combined with strategic thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
Minimum 5 years in trade marketing, retail marketing, or channel marketing within the luxury, fashion, or jewelry sectors.
