1. Manage a team of 6 controllers and oversee functional reporting with local controllers.
2. Supervise consolidated reporting, including Sales, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements for monthly and year-end closing.
3. Oversee budget and forecast processes.
4. Coordinate performance analysis for brand management and shareholders.
5. Develop business plans, monitor stock levels, and identify cost-saving and cash flow optimization strategies.
6. Interface with external, internal, and tax auditors.

1. Master’s Degree in Finance or Economics.
2. At least 10 years of relevant experience in international companies.
3. Comprehensive expertise in financial controlling, including balance sheet management and cash flow analysis.
4. Previous experience in the retail sector.

4. Fluency in Italian and English.

A minimum of 10 years in financial controlling roles within international companies, with a focus on retail.

Master’s Degree in Finance or Economics.
