1. Lead and manage a team of six controllers, along with functional reporting with local controllers.
2. Oversee consolidated reporting, including Sales, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements for monthly and year-end closings.
3. Supervise budget and forecast processes.
4. Coordinate performance analysis for presentation to brand management and shareholders.
5. Develop business plans, monitor stock levels, and identify cost-saving and cash flow optimization strategies.
6. Interface with external, internal, and tax auditors.

1. Master’s Degree in Finance or Economics.
2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in international companies.
3. Extensive expertise in financial controlling, including balance sheet management and cash flow analysis.
4. Previous experience in the retail sector is required.
5. Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team.

3. Fluency in Italian and English.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial controlling within international companies, with a focus on the retail sector.

Master’s Degree in Finance or Economics.
