1. Participate in the monthly financial closing process by reviewing financial results and conducting cost variance analyses against budget and previous year figures.
2. Support the preparation and coordination of budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring precise tracking and control of actual expenditures.
3. Monitor key retail KPIs to provide actionable insights to the business.
4. Assist with store inventory control activities, including periodic stock takes and reconciliations.
5. Analyze financial and operational data, preparing ad hoc reports and presentation decks.

1. Master’s degree in Finance or Financial Controlling.
2. Previous international academic experience is advantageous.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
3. Positive and proactive attitude.
4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluency in English and Italian.

No prior professional experience required, though international academic exposure is beneficial.

Master’s degree in Finance or Financial Controlling.
