Pomellato Executive Assistant to CEO

- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Anticipate needs and adjust scheduling in a dynamic environment.
- Ensure timely preparation for meetings and follow-up actions.
- Support the CEO in daily operational activities, including travel bookings and market visit organization.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and company leadership, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across departments.
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and off-sites.
- Facilitate problem-solving and remove operational blockers.
- Support small daily tasks, including hospitality duties.

- Reinforce company culture through thoughtful gestures and initiatives.
- Support internal communications and morale-boosting activities.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social or linguistic studies.
- Strong verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinker with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
More than 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the luxury or jewelry sector.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social or linguistic studies.
