1. Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
2. Anticipate needs and adjust scheduling in a dynamic environment.
3. Ensure timely preparation for meetings and follow-up actions.
4. Support the CEO in daily operational activities, including travel bookings and market visit organization.
5. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and company leadership, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across departments.
6. Prepare and review documents, presentations, and briefing materials.
7. Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and off-sites.
8. Facilitate problem-solving and remove operational blockers.
9. Support small daily tasks, including hospitality duties.
10. Champion DoDo’s values of positivity, kindness, empathy, and inclusion.
11. Reinforce company culture through thoughtful gestures and initiatives.
12. Support internal communications and morale-boosting activities.

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social or linguistic studies.

2. Proactive, positive, and open-minded working attitude.
3. Creative thinker with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.
4. Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.

More than 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the luxury or jewelry sector.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social or linguistic studies.
