Pomellato Events Intern

- Assist in coordinating creative agencies from briefing to project development.
- Coordinate suppliers and production processes related to events.
- Support the Event Team with specific institutional and brand event requests.
- Manage and track the events inventory and coordinate logistics.
- Support the Event team in tracking costs and invoices related to the events budget.
- Assist the Commercial team in organizing events in Italian and international markets according to the marketing plan.
- Coordinate PR events and manage mailing lists.
- Master’s degree, preferably in economics, communications, or foreign languages.
- Previous professional experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
- Organizational skills and budget management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and initiative.
- Curiosity for trends in music, influencers, celebrities, and locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Additional languages are appreciated.
Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
Master’s degree, preferably in economics, communications, or foreign languages.
