1. Provide IT support to end users.
2. Configure PCs and telephones.
3. Support video conferencing devices.
4. Manage mobile devices using Workspace1 or similar platforms.
5. Utilize knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
6. Manage accounts and functionalities within the Office365 suite.
7. Implement and use the Service Now ticketing platform.
8. Monitor cybersecurity, including SSO and MFA.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
2. 1-3 years of prior experience in similar roles, preferably in structured companies.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Proactive attitude.
6. Sense of luxury with attention to detail and service quality.

1. Technical expertise in end-user computing.
2. In-depth knowledge of hardware and software.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities.
4. Effective communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

1-3 years of experience in end-user technical support roles, preferably within structured organizations.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
