- Support the merchandising department in sales data analysis and inventory management.
- Assist in the preparation of assortments, new collection buying, and stock rebalancing.
- Ensure continuous interaction and support to the store network, processing all requests efficiently.
- Assist in analyzing sales data and market feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help maintain ideal stock levels through inventory tracking and replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising efforts, ensuring product displays align with brand guidelines.
- Consolidate product feedback from the field regarding new launches and product wearability.
- Assist in product assortment planning and strategic allocations for promotional campaigns.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to product performance and merchandising initiatives.
- Monitor out-of-stock situations, client orders, and in-store deliveries.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program such as Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Strong interest in retail merchandising and consumer trends.
- Proficiency in Excel and other office software packages.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Analytical skills for data analysis and trend identification.
