1. Support the merchandising department in sales data analysis and inventory management.
2. Assist in the preparation of assortments, new collection buying, and stock rebalancing.
3. Ensure continuous interaction and support to the store network, processing all requests efficiently.
4. Assist in analyzing sales data and market feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
5. Help maintain ideal stock levels through inventory tracking and replenishment.
6. Support visual merchandising efforts, ensuring product displays align with brand guidelines.
7. Consolidate product feedback from the field regarding new launches and product wearability.
8. Assist in product assortment planning and strategic allocations for promotional campaigns.
9. Prepare reports and presentations related to product performance and merchandising initiatives.
10. Monitor out-of-stock situations, client orders, and in-store deliveries.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program such as Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or Marketing.
2. Strong interest in retail merchandising and consumer trends.
3. Proficiency in Excel and other office software packages.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in English and Italian.
